Financial Arrangements

The Memorial Same Day Surgery Centers are JCAHO accredited and Medicare-certified facilities which accept most types of insurance. At the time your surgery is scheduled, preliminary insurance information will be obtained from your physician's office. Our staff will contact your health insurance carrier and verify your insurance coverage and benefits.

The amount not covered by your insurance company will be estimated and a deposit may be required preceding surgery. A staff member will attempt to contact you prior to your pre-screening visit to discuss financial arrangements.

For your convenience, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards are accepted. If you have any questions regarding charges or financial arrangements, call patient accounts at (954) 962-3220.

Charges and Payments

Surgeon, anesthesiologist, labs, pathologies and x-ray services may be billed to you separately.   If you have questions regarding these services or charges please contact the following service providers:
